Store managers who meet the qualifications earn 25% of their stores’ profit, which includes their guaranteed pay
For example, the store does $145k in revenue, the manager has $5k “monthly draw”, Net Operating Income (including the draw) was $20k
We take the $20k NOI and ADD BACK the $5k draw for a total $25k
The Managing Partner earns 25% of $25k = $6,250
